The following meditation is an extract from The Pleiadian Light Body DNA Activation Program.

Emotional Body Healing

You have been consciously working to disentangle and transmute your lower feelings as you manifest and create new perceived realities that are more suited to your true cosmic nature as a Master Being of Light and Love. This is your birthright. You accept your multidimensional and multifaceted nature by experiencing life from your heart center and through your many gifts. The gifts of compassion, Love, wisdom, joy, harmony, warmth, grace and delight in the present moment and of allowing yourself to be detached, an observer from negative emotions, in order to have impartiality and insight into your particular behavioral patterns, and also the ability to make appropriate changes. As a Master Being of Love and Light, you see through Master eyes that are aware, and through a heart that is wise and in flow with the cosmic forces of the universe.

You are going to be working within an emotional healing coning with the Pleiadian Emissaries of Light, the Sirian Archangelic League of the Light, the Overlighting Deva of Healing, Pan and your Higher Self of the Light. You will disentangle your emotional body from your mental body and release any negative emotions or feelings stored within the emotional body, so you may manifest in your wisdom, new creations and new realities in the vibration of Light and Love. You have chosen to experience Life in joy and Love and you have canceled contracts you may have had to learn through pain. You have chosen to be fully connected to the universal source of Love and Light, and to radiate and attract to you those people that are right for you in this vibration of Light, people that honor, Love and respect you. You have chosen to become your Higher Light, and you will become your Higher Light when you can release lower base feelings and emotions, when you can really feel from your heart center, and when you can express this in an outward manner, from a place of wisdom, a place of joy, a place of Love.

Let us set our sacred space and call in these wonderful Light Beings that are assisting you on this journey of ascension, this journey of discovering yourself and your true nature before you begin to work more specifically within an emotional healing coning.

You call in the Pleiadian Emissaries of Light

You call in the Sirian Archangelic League of the Light

You call in the Andromedan Intergalactic Beings of the Light

You ask the Pleiadians, the Sirians and the Andromedans, all of the Light to bring in a multidimensional coning of Light and Love above your aura for total alignment with your Higher Self of the Light, your Christed Overself of the Light and Mother/Father God, the Great Central Sun, the source of All That Is.

In the vibration of Kodoish, Kodoish, Kodoish, Adonai, ‘Tsebayoth, you call in the Christed One and the Brotherhood and Sisterhood of the Ascended Ray of Christ.

You call specifically upon Ascended Master Jesus Christ and all other Brotherhood of the Ascended Ray of Christ that wish to join you now.

You call specifically upon Mother Mary and all other Sisterhood of the Ascended Ray of Christ that wish to join you now.

You call upon the Archangels, their Divine feminine counterparts, and their legion of Angels; you call upon Archangel Michael and Michaella, Archangel Gabriel and Gabriella, Archangel Uriel and Uriella, Archangel Raphael and Raphaella, Archangel Jophiel and Jophiella, Archangel Chamuel and Chamuella, and Archangel Zadkiel and Zadkiella.

You call upon the Brotherhood of the Light

You call upon the Ascended Masters of the Light. You call specifically upon St. Germain, Keeper of the Violet Flame and ask him to surround you now in his Violet Flame of protection.

You call upon your own Pleiadian and Sirian Master Guides, your Guardian Angel and all other Beings of Light that wish to join you now in this sacred space.

Now bring your focus to your breathing. On the inhale, bring the golden Love and Light energies through the crown chakra and at the same time through the feet chakra to meet at the base chakra and then perineum center. As you exhale, bring these golden cosmic and earth energies from the perineum center up the front of the body down the arms and out the hands. Circulate these wonderful earth and cosmic energies throughout your body and if it feels right for you, add your vaginal or anal muscle contractions to further enhance your experience.

Bring in your golden bubble within two to three feet around you in all directions. See this golden bubble, this golden ball forming all around you, creating a sense of Love and Light.

Bring in your grounding cords. Bring your first four cording cords down from the top of your golden bubble one at a time to the bottom of your golden bubble, your earth chakra point. As you join these four cords at your earth chakra point, you now form one big cord which you take deep down into Mother Earth, into her heart chakra, where you anchor your central grounding cord around a big rose quartz crystal, as you send your Love for Mother Earth deep down into her heart center. Feel her Love for you now as she sends this wonderful Love back up your grounding cord and into your golden bubble through your earth chakra point. Fill your golden bubble with the wonderful Love energies of Mother Earth.

Call upon the Andromedan Intergalactic Beings of the Light and Archangel Michael, Keeper of the Sword of Holy Truth to bring in a Pillar of Light and anchor the fluorescent tube of Light deep within your etheric body. Breathe in your wonderful Higher Light from your Higher Self of the Light and your Christed Overself of the Light through this fluorescent tube of Light from your transpersonal point and crown chakra. As you exhale, take these wonderful golden energies of your own Higher Light through the fluorescent tube of Light down your spine and out your perineum center to your earth chakra center. Again, inhale your wonderful Higher Light through your transpersonal point and crown chakra and on the exhale take this golden Divine Light and Love down your spine through your fluorescent tube of Light and out your perineum center to your earth chakra point. Continue this inhale and exhale, moving these wonderful golden energies of yourself as your Higher Light throughout your body.

You will now open an emotional healing coning. State your intent to open an emotional healing coning. Call in the Pleiadian Emissaries of Light, call in the Sirian Archangelic League of the Light, call in the Overlighting Deva of Healing, call in Pan and call in your Higher Light. While this coning is stabilizing, you may like to connect to and call in any other Guides or Healing Angels that you personally acknowledge.

Now, for a couple of minutes bring your focus back to your breath. Inhale deeply from your crown chakra, bringing in these healing Love and Light energies down the spine to the base chakra and then perineum center. On the exhale, take these wonderful healing energies up the front of the body, down the arms and out the hands. Again, inhale these wonderful healing frequencies through the crown chakra and down the spine to the base chakra and then perineum center. On the exhale, bring these Love and Light frequencies up the front of the body, down the arms and out the hands. On the next inhale, bring the healing energies of Mother Earth through the feet chakra, up the legs to the base chakra and then perineum center. On the exhale, bring these Love and Light frequencies from the perineum center, up the front of the body, down the arms and out the hands. On the next inhale, combine the cosmic and earth healing energies at the base chakra and then perineum center. On the exhale, take these golden cosmic and earth energies up the front of the body, down the arms and out the hands. Take a couple more deep breaths and as you feel this energy circulating throughout your entire body, you notice that your hands, your palms, are feeling really warm, as a golden healing energy, these frequencies of Love and Light, are gently increasing in frequency within your hand chakras, spinning your hand chakras faster in preparation for this self healing coning session.

Now visualize a clear movie screen in front of you with a grounding cord going deep down into Mother Earth. In front of this screen you place a healing rose with a grounding stem going deep down into Mother Earth. You reach out and touch this screen with your hands and it lights up in a golden shimmering color. Place an image of yourself upon this screen. As you focus on this image of yourself, you bring your focus to your emotional body, which is found about one to one and a half feet around you in all directions. Your emotional body looks like a small golden bubble of Light with rainbow hues reflected through this golden color. Your emotional body holds all your emotions and feelings, whether it be feelings of Love, joy, Light or feelings of low Self esteem, uncertainty, fear, shame or guilt. All these feelings are meshed within the emotional body that surrounds you. If you have any negative feelings, this will be reflected in the emotional body by dark patches of color or holes, which look like small fabric tears within this golden rainbow hue creation. These holes in the emotional body usually become entangled with the etheric or mental bodies, which will reflect through negative thoughts, blocked emotions and physical disease within the body.

You now focus on a particular feeling that you wish to change, whether it be fear, anger, shame, guilt or any other feeling that is holding you back from experiencing your wonderful Higher Light permanently on this Earth plane. As you focus on this feeling, breathe in through your florescent tube of Light, through your transpersonal point and crown chakra, filling yourself with your Higher Light. As you exhale, take this wonderful Higher Light down your spine and out your perineum center to your earth chakra center. Now, spiral your Higher Light in the form of golden filaments of Light and Love from your heart center in an outward direction throughout your aura, allowing this Higher Light to gently reflect in Light and Love within your emotional body. As this screen lights up with your Higher Light you are guided to a particular place within the emotional body where you feel a negative feeling and as you do you see there is a tear or a dark muddy color within this area.

With the assistance of your Pleiadian and Sirian Master Guides, your Guardian Angel, other Guides or healing Angels you personally acknowledge, the Pleiadian Emissaries of Light, the Sirian Archangelic League of the Light, the Overlighting Deva of Healing, Pan and your Higher Light, you send Light and Love into this area, this part of you that is feeling sad, feeling shame, feeling guilty, feeling anger, hatred or pain. You see the dark color dissolving or the emotional body being knitted together in wholeness as you start to transmute this feeling, to change this negative feeling to a feeling of Love and Light. This particular feeling is no longer necessary and no longer needs to hide. It can move into the Light and experience its own wisdom and Light.

Now bring your focus to your fourth dimensional portal, the thin membrane found directly over your crown chakra. You see this center being activated and this membrane, this thin disc, starts to vibrate and expand and as it does it brings in high frequency thought forms and feelings. It brings in permanent manifestations of Love and Light, of joy, of compassion and wisdom. You feel these feelings, you acknowledge these feelings and you become these feelings. For you are these feelings, you are this magnificent Master Being of Love and Light.

Now look around for another feeling, a feeling that perhaps makes you feel unsure or uncertain of your true nature. What is this feeling? You are gently guided by your Pleiadian and Sirian Master Guides, your Guardian Angel, and all these wonderful healing coning members and your Higher Light to find this feeling within your emotional body. You look for this feeling and you now see a hole or dark muddy color in your emotional body that represents this feeling and again you work with the healing coning members to transmute this feeling, to take this negative feeling and turn it into a positive one. You bring Love and Light into this area, changing this color or etherically sealing this hole within your emotional body. You feel a strong sense of wholeness, of Light and Love as you transmute this feeling, this negative feeling into feelings of Love and Light, wisdom and joy. Now, bring your focus back to the thin membrane, the fourth dimensional portal above your crown chakra. This portal is vibrating and anchoring high frequency thought forms and feelings through the mental body and into the emotional body, clearing out lower frequency emotions and permanently anchoring these high frequencies of Love, Light, compassion, wisdom, joy and kindness.

Continue to look into this emotional energy body to see any other dark patches, muddy colors or tears, tears which will appear as small fabric holes in your emotional body. As you notice an area that needs healing, you see a feeling that is associated with this particular hole, or dark area in your emotional body. With your Pleiadian and Sirian Master Guides, your Guardian Angel, the Pleiadian Emissaries of Light, the Sirian Archangelic League of the Light, Pan, the Overlighting Deva of Healing and your Higher Light you start to transmute this negative feeling and turn this feeling into a positive feeling through the frequencies of Light and Love. You know that you are a cosmic Master Being of Light and Love and that you can manifest anything. You can create any reality, any experience or feeling you wish to have and it is your greatest wish now to transmute these negative feelings into positive feeling so that you can experience your vitality, your total Love for yourself and your environment. To experience your Higher Light as your Higher Self of the Light and your Christed Overself of the Light. This is your greatest wish and the wish that you are now manifesting for yourself.

Bring your focus back to your fourth dimensional portal above your crown chakra and once again fill yourself with these higher feelings of Love and Light. Connect yourself to this Angelic dimension, to this realm of Angels and Ascended Masters and bring in this Higher Light as it exists on the fourth dimension. Breathe these cosmic energies deep into the body through the crown chakra and down the spine to the base chakra and perineum center. As you exhale, take this wonderful cosmic Love and Light from the perineum center up the front of the body, down the arms and out the hand chakras.

As you continue to clear these holes or dark energies within your emotional body, you start to bring in more Light and Love to those feelings, those areas that need to be disentangled for you to release yourself from these negative feelings, to experience your full wisdom and to choose discernment within your sacred space. To choose with whom you share your feelings, with whom you share your Love. It is important as you are a wonderful Master Being of Love and Light and you need to honor this Master Being that is you and as you do so, you will magnetize those of a similar wholeness and a similar completion into your Life. For it is only through your completion that you find the person or people that really support you and Love you as you would like to be supported and Loved, and in return will support and Love.

You are special and unique and you understand that you will not just allow anyone within your golden bubble and within your emotional body. You will not allow yourself to be taken advantage of, you will not allow yourself to play the role of victim, nor will you allow yourself to have feelings of fear, panic, or of being uncentered. You will radiate and magnetize to you those who are deserving of your Love and Light. You will operate from your Higher Light, these feelings of Love, wisdom and joy. You are a Master Being of Love and Light and as you recognize this and you move up to reclaim your natural power, you need to be discerning and perhaps change those people or those situations that no longer fit in with this new reality, that are longer necessary for you as you change direction, career or environment. You are eliminating that which is negative and unhealthy from your environment and from your emotional body.

Transmute all the feelings that are holding you back from truly being this Master Being of Love and Light, from truly being your Higher Self of the Light and your Christed Overself of the Light. You are feeling very relaxed and very loved as you operate from your heart center, from your Soul matrix. You have disentangled all negative feelings from your emotional body and feel the full flow of this Love and this Light within your etheric, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies. You see a pinkie hue forming all around you and experience yourself as the frequency of Love.

You are now going to end your personal healing session. You give thanks to all these emotional healing coning members as you disconnect from the emotional healing coning. You ask to be disconnected from the Pleiadian Emissaries of Light, the Sirian Archangelic League of the Light, the Overlighting Deva of Healing, and Pan.

You again bring in your golden bubble of Light and ground yourself with your grounding cords. Breathe deeply as you call upon St. Germain, Keeper of the Violet Flame, and ask him to bring in a Violet Flame of protection so you may continue to heal the body and heal yourself in a safe and protected environment.

Now you think of someone around you who is in need of emotional assistance, who is in need of assistance to change their negative feelings about themselves and their environment. Call upon the Higher Light of this particular person and ask if you may assist them in transmuting their negative feelings into positive feelings. If you are not given permission, think of another person and again, before you proceed to send this healing Light, you ask permission from their Higher Light. As you now have permission from this person you will be sending healing Light and Love, you want to set a healing space for this distance healing. As you have just completed a personal healing, you will be feeling slightly vulnerable and will bring in a protection coning prior to sending this healing Light.

State your intent to open a protection coning and you call upon the appropriate coning members. Ask to be connected to the Pleiadian Emissaries of Light. Ask to be connected to St. Germain, Keeper of the Violet Flame. Now ensure that you are solidly surrounded in the Violet Flame of St. Germain. Ask to be connected to the Christed One and the Brotherhood and Sisterhood of the Ascended Ray of Christ. Ask to be connected to Archangel Michael, Keeper of the Sword of Holy Truth. Now visualize this Sword of Holy Truth and place it within your heart center. Lastly, ask to be connected to your Higher Self of the Light. You will now open an emotional healing coning for this person.

State your intent to open an emotional healing coning for (give the first and last name of this person). Ask to be connected to the Pleiadian Emissaries of Light, the Sirian Archangelic League of the Light, the Overlighting Deva of Healing, Pan, your Higher Light and the Higher Light of the person you are healing. Breathe deeply through your crown chakra and your feet chakra, circulating golden healing energies throughout your entire body. On the exhale, take these earth and cosmic energies from the perineum center up the front of the body, down the arms and out the hands. Feel these golden healing energies circulating throughout your entire body.

Visualize a clear movie screen in front of you with a grounding cord going deep into Mother Earth. Place a healing rose with a grounding stem going deep down into Mother Earth between this screen and yourself. You reach out and touch this screen with your hands and it lights up in a golden shimmering color. You place an image on this screen of the person that you would like to heal with the assistance of the emotional healing coning members. On this screen you now look for their emotional body, their golden rainbow bubble found about one to one and a half feet around them in all directions. When you see their emotional body, you are guided to particular areas, muddy colored areas or tears within their emotional body. These are the areas that need to be healed, areas within which this person experiences feelings of shame, guilt, anger, fear, frustration, or pain. You fill this area with Love and Light with the assistance of your Pleiadian and Sirian Master Guides and Guardian Angel, the Pleiadian Emissaries of Light, the Sirian Archangelic League of the Light, the Overlighting Deva of Healing, Pan, your Higher Light and the Higher Light of this person. You also call upon their own Master Guides and Guardian Angel. You move your hands across this screen, changing this color or knitting the emotional body together. You assist this person in transmuting their lower thought forms into higher and lighter frequencies of Love and Light. You now bring your focus to their fourth dimension portal found directly above the crown chakra. You see this thin membrane start to vibrate and bring in feelings of Love and feelings of Light. You see these feelings move through this person that you are assisting with the healing coning members as you continue to clear or knit together the etheric tears as they are found within the emotional body.

Now breathe deeply through your florescent tube of Light and bring your Higher Light as your Higher Self of the Light and your Christed Overself of the Light through your transpersonal point and crown chakra. As you exhale, take this Higher Light down your spine and out your perineum center to your earth chakra center. Now, take this frequency of your Higher Light, and send this magnified frequency to this person you are assisting to heal. You let them really become this Love and this Light, you let them feel their Divinity, their Higher Light. You let them feel their Love and their Light through your Love and your Light. For we are all One, all part of this same Divinity, the source of All That Is. And now, they too will recognize and understand that they are a Master Being of Love and Light.

You are now going to close this distance emotional healing coning. You send this person your full Divine Love and Light as you place them in a golden bubble. You now see the healing rose and healing screen gently dissolve into your emotional healing coning. You state your intent to disconnect from this person and the emotional healing coning members. You ask to be disconnected from the Pleiadian Emissaries of Light. You ask to be disconnected from the Sirian Archangelic League of the Light. You ask to be disconnected from the Overlighting Deva of Healing. You ask to be disconnected from Pan. You ask to be disconnected from the Higher Self of the Light of this person that you have assisted to heal. You ask to be disconnected with all other Beings of Light that have joined you for this healing session.

Now, breathe deeply again as you surround yourself in the Violet Flame of St. Germain. You see a contract on which you have written that you will heal this person. You sign this contract and you see the person with whom you were assisting sign this contract. You now take a big red rubber stamp and stamp the word “canceled” across this contract. You tear up this contract and burn it in the Violet Flame of St. Germain, thereby effectively taking back responsibility for the healing and well being of only yourself. Now bring in your golden bubble and your grounding cords. Place another rose with the stem going deep down into Mother Earth outside of your golden bubble.

Bring your focus to Mother Earth, for she too needs healing, as does the realm of nature spirit intelligence and all Life that exists on this planet including people, animals, trees, plants, flowers, gems and stones and all other three dimensional beings, two dimensional beings and one dimensional Beings of Light. You want to assist in the healing of this planet for as a Master Being of Light and Love you are able to send Love to places on the earth where it is most needed. You are able to make a difference by sending your feelings of Love and Light to any country or place.

You now visualize Mother Earth and you surround Mother Earth in a huge golden bubble of Love and Light. You will call upon all the healing coning members as well as the Higher Light of all Planetary Light workers that are currently able to assist you in this planetary healing. You ask to be connected to the Pleiadian Emissaries of Light. You ask to be connected to the Sirian Archangelic League of the Light. You ask to be connected to Pan. You ask to be connected to the Overlighting Deva of Healing. You ask to be connected to your Higher Light, and you ask to be connected to the Higher Light of all Planetary Light workers that are currently available to assist in this healing. Lastly, you request that all other Beings of Light that wish to join you now for this Planetary healing please make themselves known and available.

As you focus on the planet, you see you are connected to a grid of planetary Light Workers through one of the twelve main portals of entry into the earth’s atmosphere. You now find yourself at one of the twelve main portals of entry into the earth’s atmosphere where you start to fill in the frequencies of Love and Light to the parts of this planet where it is currently most needed. You see dark patches or tears within certain countries or places and with the assistance of these Light Workers and the coning members, you clear these feelings of fear, chaos, hatred and anger. You send your Love and your Light through these portals and ask that your Love and your Light be directed to healing this planet.

Continue to clear and assist in the healing of this planet.

You are now going to disconnect from this planetary healing. You ask to be disconnected from the Pleiadian Emissaries of Light, from the Sirian Archangelic League of the Light, from the Overlighting Deva of Healing, from Pan, from the Higher Light of all the Planetary Light Workers that have been available for this session. You also ask to be disconnected from any other Light Beings of the Light that joined you in this planetary healing.

Slowly, you bring yourself back to your sacred space where you now notice a golden star tetrahedronal shape forming around your emotional body. As you notice the outline to this shape, you sense the star tetrahedronal shape as it is found not only within your emotional body but within your mental and etheric body. The star tetrahedronal shape within your emotional body is feminine and magnetic in nature and when activated rotates to the right. The mental body star tetrahedron is male and electrical in nature and when activated rotates to the left. The etheric body star tetrahedron remains stationary over the body. It does not rotate. Just remember this shape, the shape you will work with in order to activate your Light Body. To activate your Light Body, you will spin the male star tetrahedron in a counter clockwise direction and the female star tetrahedron in a clockwise direction at the same time while the etheric body star tetrahedron remains stationary over the body. By these counter rotating fields, the Light Body is activated. At nine-tenths the speed of light, your Light Body is activated to this three dimension and at the speed of common light, you experience the fourth dimension.
