My sweet friends and fellow Light Workers

With the continual shifting Light vibrations we experience as physical vessels of Light, working with our own issues, and as Planetary Light Workers (with the numerous Light activities, and Planetary influences), Life has been an emotional Cosmic roller coaster ride for quite some time now. Sometimes we may feel really great and outwardly focused, and other times we need time out, often feeling as though we are in some sort of null zone or void. For some people, this may be experienced as feeling slightly separated, disconnected from the Company of Heaven, or not feeling the energies like they used to. For others, this may manifest as fatigue, restlessness, and not sleeping well for months on end, and still for others, this may manifest as feeling the integration of so many aspects to their Multidimensional nature, they are unable to fully function in this physical environment. There is no doubt that these ascension symptoms can be most unpleasant, and with so many Light activities occurring on an on-going basis, I am sure that most of us would have preferred a gentle and gracious integration of our Light to truly be of Service in Love in a constant, loving and on-going basis. However, this has been our choice, and by the Grace of God, we have the ability now, unparalleled in the History of our Earth plane, to collectively shift more into becoming that which we have forever been, Master Beings of Love and Light. Other ascension symptoms may include: sudden waves of emotion, weight changes, allergies, increased sensitivity, blurry vision, lethargy, headaches, backaches, neck pains, flu-like symptoms, digestive problems, muscular spasms or cramps, racing heartbeat, emotional and mental confusion etc. And these are just a few of the many, many ascension symptoms, which occur as we anchor more of our Higher Light.

What we are recognizing is the need, now, more that ever, to take time out between the spaces for meditation, body alignment and energy work, Spiritual Counseling, eating organically, taking herbal supplements, using flower and gem essences, using natural household cleaning products, and so on, as well as creating an environment that supports us as Planetary Light Workers. This means setting up a sacred space where we are nurtured and Overlighted by the Company of Heaven, as well as attracting into our environment those that will support us as the Master Beings of Love and Light that we are. As you increase your sensitivity, creating a sacred space that energetically holds your vibration at a particular Light level to support your Service work, is very important.

A technique I like to use to set my sacred space, is calling upon “The Protection Coning Members”. These Protection Coning Members are the Pleiadian Emissaries of Light, the Christed One and the Brotherhood and Sisterhood of the Ascended Ray of Christ, St. Germain, Archangel Michael and your own wonderful Higher Light. You initially call in these Protection Coning Members to surround your sacred space, and to bring in the White Light of the Christed One and the Violet Flame of St. Germain. These Beings of Light create a spiralling vortex of Light above your sacred space, and you may feel the anchoring of these Higher Light frequencies throughout your body and your sacred space. Next visualize a white sheet five to ten feet below you, surrounding your entire sacred space. Now ask the Company of Heaven to clear out any disharmonious energies in your environment, anger, resentment, fear, lack of abundance and so on. Then visualize this white sheet moving up through your environment, and when it is above your sacred space, tie it in a bundle and move it into the vortex above your space. This really is a wonderful method to clear old vibrations, negative thought forms, and the energies of others. If you have any doorways, ask for Platinum nets to be brought in, and to clear your energy field and re-energize it on an on-going basis. A wonderful thing to do next is to call in the Archangels relating to the four directions to protect and bless your space. Uriel of the North, Raphael to the East, Gabriel to the West and Michael to the South. You then ask the Company of Heaven to bring in a Pillar of Light and to anchor a florescent tube of Light centrally into this space, to connect you to the Cosmic Heart of Mother/Father God through all aspects of your Higher Light, and further, to create a radiant portal of Light within, through and around your sacred space. Then ask the Pleiadian Emissaries of Light to bring in holographic spaceship, and to assist in strengthening this portal of Light through the frequency of Love. Then visualize a star tetrahedron surrounded in a silver-gold sphere, surrounding your space. For every shape, animate or inanimate, has this Divine Imprinting of sacred geometry, starting from the original eight-cell blueprint.

In the book What is Light Body, by Tashira Tachi-ren, she suggested a technique called “The Triple Grid”. This works with three specific groups. The Legions of Michael, to anchor Light and to maintain this within your sacred space. The Destroyer Force Angels, who have the ability to lift and expand the Light to its next level, and Circle Security, to create and maintain multi-universal communications grids. Then ask for a spherical grid to be brought in around your sacred space. Then repeat “Legions of Michael: grid level one, spherical, my space. Destroyer Force Angels: grid level two, spherical, my space. Circle Security: grid level three, spherical, my space. Then ask the Destroyer Force Angels to spin their grid, clearing out disharmony, astral entities, negative electromagnetic frequencies, viruses, bacteria etc, and any else that comes to mind. When this clearing is complete, reverse the spin, clearing out these same things. When this feels complete, end with “Stop spin”. Then call upon the Legions of Michael, working with the appropriate Archangels and Mighty Elohim, to infuse the grid with Love, harmony, health, wealth and so on, whatever comes to mind. When this is complete, ask the Legions of Michael to seal the grid. Then call upon Circle Security to re-align the grids with the multidimensional grids, and to release all distortions and parasites on the grids. Then ask for clear communication through the grids to Mother/Father God and the Company of Heaven. And lastly ask the grid to be sealed and thank all these Beings of Light.

It a good idea at this point to connect in Love to all the Beings of Light you work with, and invite them into your sacred space with prayer, meditation, music, crystals, sacred dance and whatever else feels right for you at this time.

What I would like to do is share with you some of my personal healing tools, which may assist in easing some of these ascension symptoms.

Once you have set up your sacred space, if you are working on yourself or a client, you can call in the “Healing Coning Members”. Prior to doing this, call in the Protection Coning Members again to surround you, and to keep your energies clear. Also, ensure you are fully grounded. These Healing Coning Members are the Pleiadian Emissaries of Light, the Sirian Archangel League of the Light, Pan, the Overlighting Deva of Healing and your own Higher Light. If you are working with a client, you then call in their Higher Light. Also, if you are familiar with the Brotherhood of the Light Medical Assistance Team or Dr. Lorphan and his medical team, you call in these Beings of Light, as well as any other Beings of Light that you personally acknowledge and that wish to join you now. If you are working on yourself, I have included a meditation following this article, which you can do, working with this team. If you are working with a client, just wait for this connection to come in. You may feel your hands are gently guided over the energy field or body of the client. I like to put the client on their stomach to start with, and work along the spine, clearing the energy field of implants, entities, non-human parasitic intelligence and so on, as well as rebalancing the energy field, chakras and nadis. You can then ask the Pleiadian Emissaries of Light to bring in an “ultra-violet transfiguration chamber of Light”, and to clear out at a cellular level all that which you no longer need to work with. Next ask the Arcturian Emissaries of Light to bring in a “wind-pranic clearing device” and to spin the chakras in a clockwise or counter clockwise direction, whatever is appropriate at that moment in time. Then ask the Arcturian Emissaries of Light to bring in a “Spiritual vortex machine”, and to clear the energy field and/or hologram of any negative energies, feelings, thought forms, frozen miasms, leaking energies, and so on. Mother Mary can then be called in to bring in her white and pink rose petals to assist in the opening of the heart chakra. Then you can call upon the Chohans of the Rays to bring in their healing rays through the appropriate energy centres and chakras in the body. You can also call in different Light Chambers, such as an “Inner Masculine and Feminine Rebalancing Chamber of Light”, “Twelve Strand DNA Activation Chamber of Light”, “Cellular Rejuvenation Chamber of Light” and so on. I use many different energy techniques, depending on what I am drawn to at the time, but at the moment, one of my favorites is working with Axiatonal Alignment. The axiatonal lines are like meridian acupuncture lines, and in fact lie along these lines, connecting into some of them through specific spin points of various sound and Light frequencies, which spin the molecules faster in increased Light frequencies, allowing for a deeper integration of your Higher Light, and at the same time, bringing the emotional and mental bodies into a better balance. If I am going to work with this technique, I will turn the client onto their back, and bring in the appropriate invocations prior to this energy work. When I have finished this energy work, I ask to be disconnected from the appropriate coning members, whilst remaining connected to my Higher Light. You then see a contract between yourself and the client; a contract that states you will take responsibility for this person during this healing period. You then sign it, and see the client signing it. Then take a big red rubber stamp with the word “canceled” and see yourself stamping this contract and burning it in the Violet Flame of St. Germain, effectively canceling this contract. Again ensure that you are properly grounded, that you have brought in your silver-gold sphere, and consider once more to bring in the Protection Coning Members, the White Light of the Christed One, and the Violet Flame of St. Germain. Keeping your energy field completely clear of the energies of others, and creating a sacred space between what your issues are, and the issues of others.

Another vibrational tool, which I find most magical to work with, is flower, gem and Light essences. I have included an extract from The Pleiadian Light Body DNA Activation Program workbook on the Pleiadian Light Essences, including how to use them, for your information.

“The Light Body DNA Activation Essences are liquid solutions that carry the vibrational signature of different Light Beings, whose intent is to bring in specific frequencies and vibrational patterns of Love and Light. The essences impact the energy field, the sensory system and central nervous system and correct imbalances on the physical, emotional, mental and Soul levels.

Essence Determining

If you would like to take essences regularly, preferably daily, it is suggested that you pendulum dowse or use kinesiology to determine which essences to use. The following method can be used to choose the essences that you need at any given moment in time.

Place all essences on a table or board in front of you. If your essences are in boxes, place your left hand over each box, one at a time, and with your pendulum in your right hand, ask if you need to take any of these essences (if you are left handed, put your right hand over the box and hold the pendulum in your left hand). If “yes”, open the box and proceed to select individual essences. For individual essences, place your forefinger over each essence and ask if you need this particular essence. When you have determined all the needed essences, ask if this is the correct combination of essences for you at this particular moment in time. If the answer is “yes”, take two to three drops of each essence directly on the tongue, pulse points or in a glass of water. If the answer is “no”, you have perhaps missed an important essence and should again dowse to determine exactly what essences you need at this moment in time. You may also dowse to find out how many drops of each essence you should take.

If you do not have the time to use this process to determine what essences you need on a regular basis, you can make up a dosage bottle. To make a dosage bottle, determine all needed essences as described above and take the appropriate essences. Then ask if these same essences should be used to make up a dosage bottle. If “yes”, put two to three drops of each essence in a dosage bottle (or use your pendulum to give you a more specific dosage) and then ask how many days you should take the dosage bottle, how many times daily and how many drops daily. If “no”, you need to again determine which essences you should be taking for your dosage bottle and then the appropriate number of days between one to ten. Half fill your dosage bottle with spring water and half fill with brandy or vinegar.

If you are using kinesiology for testing, use the same process to determine any needed essences except do not place your hand or forefinger on boxed or individual essences but rather put the boxed essences followed by each individual essence on your lap.

Pendulum Dowsing

Pendulum dowsing is a method of testing that has been used for centuries to access knowledge or information through the universal mind. It can be considered a divination tool that if used wisely will allow access to information that is beyond the rational mind, and create a strong link to our Higher Light and to Mother/Father God. Dowsing can be used for anything, and is usually only limited by our belief systems. We can dowse for food intolerances, supplement deficiencies, to find ley lines or geopathic stress lines, or to get information about our Life Task within the Divine Plan of All That Is. When dowsing with essences, we dowse to find out what essences we should take at any given moment, what dosage we should take and for how long we should take a particular dosage.

In order to dowse, you need a pendulum. A pendulum is any small weighted object suspended on the end of a string or chain by the finger and thumb. Pendulums can be made from various materials including wood, glass, metal or quartz. If you want to try this now, and you don’t have a pendulum, make one with a ring and some thread. Put the string through the ring so it hangs (pendulums) down at a length of five to six inches. Hold the string between the thumb and forefingers, with the fingers pointing down. The heavier the object, the longer the string.

You now need to determine a “search”, a “yes” and a “no” position or response of your pendulum. The “search” response indicates that the pendulum is ready to be used and for most people this is indicated by a stationery position. A “yes” response usually has the pendulum swinging in a vertical or clockwise direction and a “no” response is indicated by the pendulum swinging in a horizontal or counter clockwise direction.

If you are using a pendulum for the first time, the easiest way to define your test positions is to program this information into your pendulum. Keeping the pendulum in a stationery position let it know “this is my search position, I am ready to use the pendulum”. Now swing it in a vertical manner or in a clockwise direction and say “ this is my yes position”. Next, swing the pendulum in a horizontal manner or in a counter clockwise direction and say “this is my no position”. Practice this a few times until the pendulum is swinging in a vertical or clockwise direction for “yes” and horizontally or counter clockwise for “no” and remaining motionless for the “search” position. Now hold the pendulum in the search position and say “show me my yes” and “show me my no”. It should move vertically or clockwise for “yes” and horizontally or counter clockwise for “no” respectively. If it doesn’t happen at first, keep trying.

You are ready to do the essence determination if you are testing for essences using the pendulum dowsing method. Questions can only be of a “yes” or “no” nature. Please remember to only ask questions that are for your own greater good and of the highest integrity.

Testing with Kinesiology

The second method of testing is kinesiology, also known as muscle testing. Muscle testing is a method of accessing information directly from the body, which is directly linked to the energy field and the muscles, and provides information on all levels within the energy field, the sensory system and central nervous system.

To test using kinesiology, form a charged circuit with your left hand and test the circuit with your right hand. If you are left handed, form a charged circuit with your right hand and test with your left hand. To form a charged circuit, join the tips of your thumb and forefinger together. Now place your right forefinger midway between your left thumb and forefinger. Ask yourself a question to which the answer is “yes” or “no”. To find the answer, push the testing finger against the charged circuit fingers, applying the same pressure with your testing finger as you are using to form the circuit. If the answe
