In this article I would like to share with you some of the Spiritual techniques I use in my everyday life as a physical vessel of Light. One of the most common questions I have been asked over the years, is how does one integrate one’s Spirituality in the “real” world; becoming “Spirit in Action” on a daily basis.

Firstly, the key here is to realize that we are “Spirit in Action”, magical Master Beings of Light. We can continue to play out our dualities, but this does not take away from the FACT that we are these precious, Christ Conscious Beings of Light. All else is an illusion, and the “real” world, in the continuation of these dualities, is an illusion as well. We chose this playing field of duality as part of an experiment, and we have certainly learned through our pain, anguish, anger, fear and a thousand and one other maladies, to step into Love and wisdom, and empowerment. And this has occurred over many, many Life times! The second, most important FACT is that we no longer need to play out these dualities. On September 22, 1996, Mother/Father God forgave the world their sins, allowing you to become completely karma free. This means you no longer need to clear the karma for Humanity. You need only clear your own original eight-cell blueprint of any perceived traumas, false beliefs and judgments, which you have created since this time, through your free will. And the instantaneous effect of karma within these fourth/fifth dimensional frequencies is something that I am sure most of us have fully experienced! The problem is we still believe we need to experience this duality to come into our Divinity. This inter-connective Divinity exists within us all, and what we need to recognize is that we no longer need to experience pain, trauma, anguish, anger and so on, to become again the Light we have forever been, unless, at a Soul level, we continue to believe that this is the best way forward for our Soul’s evolution. I will be the first to admit that these Life lessons have been extremely important, and having a background of abuse and additions on many levels, allows me to understand those sweet precious Beings that are still choosing this experiment. This experience too has brought me to a point of non-judgment, compassion, and Love, and is one of the greatest gifts I can give to another. This was one of the reasons that I co-created The Pleiadian Light Body DNA Activation Program, a glorious program, from my perspective, as it has allowed me to clear many of my false beliefs and judgments through inner child work, sub-personality work, inner feminine and masculine re-balancing, as well as an array of psycho-energetic techniques working with the Company of Heaven. And for this I feel truly blessed. However, whilst there are always layers to be cleared and worked with, what I try to do is focus on the present, and not the past. This brings me to the ever-present Now moment, and the fact that my Conscious Awareness at this Now moment is the only important aspect to my Beingness. With Conscious Awareness at this infinite, eternal, ever-present Now moment, I shape time and space as my Higher Light, letting go of negative thoughts and feelings, and KNOWING and trusting in my Light and that of all Life. And with this comes a sense of inner peace and harmony, recognizing the perfection within the imperfection, and the Perfect Divine Unfolding of all aspects of my Life, even when I have my moments of doubt and confusion. And when this happens, I realize I have stepped out of the Divine Light of who I have always been, and taking a deep breath through my body, I affirm “I am Spirit in Action. A physical vessel of Light, and a Melchizedek Ambassador of Light”. I then open my forth dimension portal, found just above the crown chakra, and bring through higher thought forms and feelings in a beautiful golden white Light. I let my Higher Light be my guiding Light through the Overlighting of Mother/Father God and the Company of Heaven.

There are also some wonderful psycho-energetic techniques, such as decording, blowing roses outside of your energy field and so on, which assist in letting go of the false beliefs and judgments found within the body and energy field, and again many of these wonderful techniques are found within The Pleiadian Light Body DNA Activation Program.

So, the question then becomes, how do I manifest my reality within the One Reality of All That Is, within this ever-present, infinite and eternal Now moment, as a Master Being of Love and Light. In light of this, and the fact that we are living multidimensionally and simultaneously within different dimensions, it is interesting that we generally focus on this single entity at this Now moment. Or is it? For me, being in the eternal and infinite Now moment, is the expression of all aspects of my Higher Light simultaneously, which occurs through the integration of my Higher Light at all dimension levels, within and through the physical body at this ever-present Now moment. This connection for me comes from understanding my multidimensionality, and linking up to these higher dimensions, activating the etheric/physical 12 Strand DNA holding these encodings, and through the expansion of Light created through this connection and the Company of Heaven. This is one of the reasons I enjoy working with The Melchizedek Ambassadors Training Program (The MAT Program). It takes us through all aspects of our multidimensionality and the many wonderful Beings of Light we can work with at each dimensional level in order to become this infinite, eternal Now moment. The Light Body or Merkaba activation is also very powerful, further integrating the Higher Light through the body, and connecting us to not only the Christ Consciousness grid and the perfected sacred geometries at this level as well as the activation and actualisation of the axiatonal lines through the body and energy field, but further to this, linking us to all aspects of our multidimensionality through Solar, Stellar, Galactic, Intergalactic and Universal levels of Christ Consciousness. And beyond this into Melchizedek Consciousness.

The last focus to this question comes from what I like to refer to as “Service in Love”. Every single one of us comes to this precious jewel on which we physically exist, Planet Earth, with a Life purpose, which is based on “Service in Love”. “Service in Love” allows us to share our gifts and our Love with others, and to allow others, through our reflection, to recognize and become the Light that they have forever been.

In my daily routine, as I wake up, sometimes a little tired - usually from a night full of meetings and teachings on the inner plane - I am already greeting my buddies of the Light. Most mornings I do a little yoga or breath work, as well as my Merkaba activation, and then have a good breakfast. I energize my food with my hands as I call upon the Pleiadian Emissaries of Light to bring in a three-dimensional transfiguration chamber of Light, to clear the food at a cellular level, and then visualize a golden infinity symbol spiralling around the food, which raises the vibration of the food to the appropriate energetic level of my body. Having recently read, “What is Light Body” by Tashira Tachi-ren, I am now bringing in an invocation to water, as our food is about 75% water. This invocation goes: “I take this, this Water of Life, I declare it the Water of Light. As I bring it within my body, It allows my body to glow. I take this, the Water of Light, I declare it the Water of God. I Am a Master in all that I Am”. I also use natural household cleaning products, and try to eat mostly organic produce, which is not always that easy in SA. Following my meal, I dowse for any needed essences, vitamins, tissue salts, herbal products remedies and so on. In terms of diet, I try to follow the Eat Right for your Blood type, and as an A blood type, I eat mostly a vegetarian diet. At this point I usually choose a ray essence oil, and through this, connect to the appropriate Chohan of the ray oil I am working with, further integrating these ray qualities throughout the day.

If I am having a morning in the office, working at the computer, answering e-mails, etc. I like to open a computer protection coning. I find this very useful in terms of negating the effects of low frequency electro-magnetic energies, and have included this for your information.

Visualize yourself stepping into the Violet Flame of St. Germain and surround your computer in the Violet Flame of St. Germain.

I ask to be connected to the Deva of my Work-in-Progress (or Company, Project etc.)

I ask to be connected to Pan

I ask to be connected to my Higher Light

Wait a minute for the coning to stabilize.

Now, visualize a satellite dish directly above your head in a concave shape with a royal blue color on the inside of the satellite dish and a silver color on the outside of the dish.

You may ask to be disconnected from the coning at any time, preferably when you switch off your computer. If you think you might forget this, ask your Higher Light to monitor this coning and to disconnect you from the coning when it is appropriate.

In the afternoons I like to take an hour or so to do a meditation, and often I listen to one of the guided visualizations from The Pleiadian Light Body DNA Activation Program or The Melchizedek Ambassadors Training Program.

If I am going out, I will always open a protection coning, as I am completely clairsentient, and don’t really want to be reading people, and feeling their energies on a on-going basis. This protection coning is great in keeping your energy field clear, and in creating the space between what your issues may be, and the issues of others. And as the name implies, this is a coning offered by specific Light Beings to protect you within your environment and within your space from negative and foreign energy so you may work in a harmonious and loving environment. I have also made up a spray called Mother Earth/Father Uplifter Essence Spray, which is totally brilliant in lifting energies, and bringing one into the sacred space deep within themselves. I carry an ample supply; in my car, my bag, and I won’t travel without a spray on a plane, and it is wonderful to spray in B&B’s, hotels etc. lifting the vibration of previous guests.

First and foremost, for the protection coning, I bring in a silver-gold bubble of Light, and a grounding cord, changing the color of my grounding cord depending on which ray I am currently working with. This silver-gold bubble is a wonderful psychic protection too, and usually I visualize my three superimposing blue-green star tetrahedrons within this bubble 10.8 feet in diameter around me.

For the protection coning the appropriate members are the Pleiadian Emissaries of Light, St. Germain, Archangel Michael, the Christed One and the Brotherhood and Sisterhood of the Ascended Ray of Christ. You will also be including your Higher Light. As a free will zone, no other energies, unless specifically invited into this coning, will appear.

Visualize yourself stepping into a huge violet flame.

Visualize yourself surrounded into the White Light of the Christed One

Ask to be connected to Archangel Michael, Keeper of the Sword of Holy Truth

Visualize a “Sword of Holy Truth” and place this within your heart area.

Ask to be connected to your Higher Light

Wait a minute for the coning to be fully activated.

You may ask to be disconnected from this coning at any time. If you think you will forget this, ask your Higher Light to monitor the coning (so you do not feel a draining of energy in any way) and to disconnect you from this coning when it is appropriate.

Make sure you are fully grounded and again surround yourself in your silver-gold bubble of Light 10.8 feet in diameter around you. Place a wonderful rose outside of your silver-gold bubble with the stem going deep down into Mother Earth.

In all of these conings, you call in your Higher Light. However, when you disconnect from a coning you do not disconnect from your Higher Light. You are only disconnecting your Higher Light from the other coning members within the coning.

You may repeat the following affirmation: I accept only Divine Love and Light. All else is illusionary and will not be allowed within my sacred space. I am centered, mindful and aware of my environment and the energies with which I choose to interact.

Surround yourself in the wonderful Love and Light of these protection coning members.

When I am driving, I call forth the energy of Elohim Grace in a beautiful silver ray to protect my car, as well as connect to the Deva of my car. I then bring in a spherical grid around my car, cleansing, clearing and protecting my car, which happens to be called Horus. If I go into a building, I bring in a Pillar of Light around the building, then a white sheet up and through the building, clearing these energies. Following this, I bring in a spherical grid, as well as surrounding the building in the Violet Flame of St. Germain, and calling forth the Overlighting of the Company of Heaven. As a matter of interest, I do this same clearing technique at home on a daily basis, to lift and maintain a certain vibrational frequency, particularly as I do therapy work from this personal space. However, in my personal space, I also bring in platinum nets over the doorways, and further cleanse with wonderful golden rain, and pink rose petals, which I see being brought in my Mother Mary. And if I am off to a meeting, I will open a work-in-progress coning, which includes my core group, the Deva of the particular project/company, as well as the Higher Light of each person at the meeting, with their Higher Light consent. I find a wonderful energy technique at meetings is to initially focus on seeing the three-fold flame of Power, Love and Wisdom deep within my heart center, and then connecting this to the heart center of each person in the meeting in a beautiful red, blue and yellow/golden flame, and then just seeing every person as the beautiful bright precious Light that they are, sometimes in fact, just seeing each person as golden white Light. I particularly like this three-fold flame technique, which I often send to others when I think of them, or to people I walk past, and perhaps if I catch their eye, to give them a big smile too.

In the evenings, I either go to dance classes, read good books, chat to the Company of Heaven like I would to good friends, or watch TV. If I am watching TV, I will bring in a general electro-magnetic coning, which is the same as the computer protection coning, but without the Deva of my Work-In-Progress. And of course, I call in the Deva of my TV, and not my computer.

I do an implant and entity clearing usually every two to three weeks, particularly being in Africa at the moment, which has some pretty interesting energy. If I am feeling off-balance in any way, I like to work with my general healing coning members, which do some powerful cranio-sacral work, and ascension symptoms rebalancing, amongst other things. These coning members are the Pleiadian Emissaries of Light, and Sirian Archangelic League of the Light psychic surgeons, the Overlighting Deva of Healing, Pan and my Higher Light. I also call in my Master Guides, and members of my core group who may wish to join me in this sacred space. Sometimes I will call in the Brotherhood of the Light Medical Assistance Team as well as Dr. Lorphan and his team of psychic surgeons. Other times, I will just connect to The MAT Program coning members and do some good energy work, under the Overlighting of the Mahatma and the Order of Melchizedek.

In between the spaces, I like to sleep in late occasionally, go for walks in the forest, mountain, or along the beach, take time out to spend with friends or chat to my precious cats, often working with a vetinary medical team with my sweet animal friends. I also de-flea/de-worm my cats with herbal flea/worm remedies and boost their immune system and energy levels with eco-vet homeopathic remedies and flower/gem essences respectively.

Well, my sweet friends, I hope this has given you some ideas that you may be able to work with. All pathways lead to God, and at this Now moment, I honor my humanness too, and choose to learn as much as I can from my Life lessons. And one thing I know for sure: each one of us walks side by side with the Company of Heaven, and each one of us is a precious and most special, unique and magical Being of Light.
